Hr Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior HR Advisor.

We are ideally looking for a HR Advisor who has experience of working within logistics or distribution. The position is heavily focused towards Employee Relations so candidates should have experience of dealing with case loads and be able to handle ER cases from onset to resolution.

The facility operates on a 24/7 basis so candidates will need to be flexible regarding working hours as they may be required to attend meetings in the evenings.

Candidates should have worked in fast paced environments, should have experience of TUPE, redundancy and should be CIPD qualified.
