We offer calming and recovery focused inpatient treatment for up to 68 service users as well as day care and outpatient services. Personalised treatment programmes are delivered by our multidisciplinary team, specialising in the management and treatment of acute and complex mental health problems.
Located in a secluded part of Bristol, Priory Hospital Bristol is set within a striking Grade II listed building, less than 5 minutes away from the M32 leading directly onto the M4/M5 motorway. It is one of the UK’s leading centres for the treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions such as addictions, depression and anxiety, and boasts relaxing living areas and beautiful gardens.
We're looking for a HR Resourcing Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you'll provide support and guidance to onsite Senior Management Team (SMT) and Managers on the interpretation and implementation of Priory’s HR policies and procedures ensuring consistent employment practice at site. Act as first point of contact for employee queries at site. Managing workflow to ensure all HR administration process are delivered accurately and on time.
The post-holder will have strong communication skills, relationship building skills and excellent attention to detail. Working towards CIPD would be ideal but not essential. Previous experience as a HR Administrator/Assistant within a commercial environment in a generalist or specialist role. Ideally within Healthcare sector but not essential.
The post-holder requires a developed and well-practiced range of communication skills as they will frequently need to address emotive and sensitive situations involving staff and managers from all levels at site. Effective interviewing, negotiation, report writing, presentation and counselling skills are key to the successful performance of the role.
