M&E Surveyor

We are currently looking for an Electrical Surveyor to join a well-respected organisation in the Bristol area on a temporary 12-month basis. In return you will receive a competitive hourly/per survey rate, mileage coverage, the opportunity to be extended, the opportunity to be made permanent.

As the Electrical Surveyor, you will be:

• Manage daily compliance tasks following certification
• Responsible for supporting with the management of planned and major electrical works
• Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work
• Involved with signing off the EICR's

Qualifications / Experience:

• NVQ Level 3
• 18th edition
• Previous experience in quality assuring electrical works
• Social housing experience
• Previous experience overseeing contractors
• Previous experience working with EICR's

As the Electrical Surveyor, you will receive:

• 27- 30 per hour or per survey
• Rolling contract
• Mileage coverage
• The opportunity to be extended
• The opportunity to be made permanent
