Interim Legal Counsel 4-6 PQE (Immediate Start)

This global blue chip business, a leader in veterinary care space, are looking for a Legal Counsel to assist on an initial 6 month project. Employing over 15000 people globally, the business is high growth and dynamic. They are ideally looking for a generalist lawyer, with in house experience, who is immediately available and can assist with a number of projects.

Responsibilities to include:

• General commercial contracts
• Dealing with corporate queries
• Litigation
• Work with, and instruct, external law firms
• Work with stakeholders across the business to offer legal support and collaborate on various projects
• Understanding and advising on regulatory issues
• Contribute to the achievement of the team's strategic objectives

Essential Experience:

• A qualified solicitor in with 4 - 6 years of post-qualification experience
• Trained in private practice with some in house experience
• Excellent stakeholder management experience both internally and externally
• Solutions-oriented with a collaborative attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Robust, determined with a 'can do attitude'.

The role is based in near Bristol and could be done mainly remotely. Initially a 6 month project but with a strong possibility of extending.
