Associate Flood Risk

Are you passionate about flood risk and drainage? We are seeking an experienced Associate/Associate Director to join our clients growing team, specialising in Pre-Planning Flood Risk & Drainage. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role in a growing area of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of specialists in flood risk and drainage
• Oversee and drive work winning activities, securing new business opportunities
• Manage client relationships and project delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and outcomes
• Provide technical expertise on pre-planning flood risk assessments and drainage design

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a team and delivering successful projects
• Strong background in work winning and client/project management
• Ideally Chartered (CEng, MICE, or CIWEM) but not essential
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines
