Interior/Fit Out Manager Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on-site. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficient in project management software and tools. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
