Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and hugely successful Corporate team in Bristol, lead by an Ex-magic circle Partner alongside a superstar team made up of homegrown Bristol talent and Ex-London lawyers.

The role would entail a mix of:

1. Private Equity work, with a range of client types

2. Co-Counsel for a Magic Circle firm on £100-300Mil transactions

3. Working with FTSE 100 clients nationally

4. SW SME work IRO £5-50Mil

You would be joining a team of ambitious and driven individuals, creating a real buzz in their brand new office in a brilliant Bristol location.

The team are looking for someone with 2-5 years PQE, with a focus on Corporate M&A and PE transactions throughout their career.

The firms themselves have one of the largest corporate teams nationally and can offer unmatched levels of progression support, with a recent hire at Senior associate progressing through to Partner in 2 years!
