The Water Treatment Engineer/WTP Technician job which is both varied and challenging and sits within a friendly supportive team.

You will be responsible for the implementation and carrying out of a range of water hygiene tasks such as hot and cold water chlorination, temperature monitoring, shower head cleaning, TMV servicing, small works such as small plumbing repairs, and be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with legionella prevention from monthly PPM visits.

To be successful you will be capable of providing technical expertise and practical advice on large or small water hygiene problems and to operate with a holistic approach to problem-solving.

You will have

To be successful as Water Treatment Engineer/WTP Technician we are looking for an individual with previous legionella control experience and a healthy mix of the following:

• 2+ years experience in legionella control with knowledge of L8 regulations
• Experience in carrying out water hygiene tasks such as tank and mains injection chlorination works, water sampling, and PPM tasks
• Commercial plumbing experience is desirable and ideally C&G L2-qualified
• Excellent knowledge of water hygiene systems, processes, and L8 regulations
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
• A full UK driving license
