The ideal candidate will oversee social housing shdf/hug/lad scheme experience projects from execution to completion.
You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project life cycle Including;
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, design team and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the project while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Managing costs, budgets, and conducting financial forecasting/modelling.
- Implement and Manage safety protocols.
- Establish and promote a safety culture among the project team, contractors, and site personnel.
- Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites, particularly in sensitive environments.
- Successfully manage the construction project.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard, staff, and assets.
- Develop Construction Phase Plans (CPP) and conduct Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) reviews.
- Ensure that contractors submit comprehensive and compliant RAMS?
- Fully Experienced in working with and updating "Microsoft Project" Software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting and recording (including Photographs).
- Identify building defects and complete reports for recommendations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential and commercial buildings.
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
Qualifications
- 2 + years of experience of a Similar Construction Role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills..
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
- NDEA / DEA
- SMSTS – TWC – Fire Marshal – Asbestos
- First aider
- MRICS/FRICS building surveyor.
- NVQ 6-7
