Human Resources Coordinator

We are excited to have partnered with a fantastic digital commerce agency based in Bristol! Established for over 20 years, they have gone from strength to strength and are experts in their field, working with a variety of well-known brands, covering everything from web development to digital marketing.

They are now looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team on a hybrid basis, with 1 day per week in the office in Bristol. You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including employee onboarding, performance management, training and recruitment. You will also work closely with the board members, providing EA support for the team.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support the performance review process alongside line managers.
• Assist in the creation and review of job descriptions and job adverts, coordinating interviews and completing reference checks.
• Provide general EA support to the board members, preparing reports and agendas for board meetings.

What you'll need to apply

• Minimum 2 years experience within a HR role.
• Good understanding of HR practices and employment law.
