Marketing Executive

A bit about the job:

As a Marketing Executive in the Health B2B squad, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns targeted at health intermediaries and customers. This position is critical for the growth of our health business, helping us build our brand and achieve our growth ambitions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your marketing skills to deliver value and outcomes that truly benefit our customers. You’ll have exposure to social, email, web, and paid media – working with colleagues across Aviva from brand to propositions.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Previous marketing experience in a B2B, B2C or direct role, with a solid understanding of channels, tools, and techniques.
• Campaign management experience across social, email, web, and paid media.
• Knowledge of Private Medical Insurance or financial services is desirable.
• Process-oriented and risk-aware, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to measure the impact of your work.

What you’ll get for this role:

• Salary – Circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
