• Directing and managing the flow of traffic around the construction site.
• Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) Traffic Marshall qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
