ILS Manager

This permanent position presents a unique opportunity to support next-generation systems for a global customer base, and to develop your programme management and customer-facing skills on an international stage.

• Ensuring effective Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) for missile systems.
• Improving programme management skills and promoting profiles internationally.
• Developing and implementing strategic support plans covering supply chain to customer delivery.
• Managing and influencing stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
• Dealing with multiple issues and prioritising tasks regularly.

• Solid engineering background with a degree in a numerical or technical discipline beneficial.
• Experience in Weapon Systems support models.
• Knowledge of predictive logistics models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic planning of support tasks, from supply chain through to delivery.
