Transport Manager

Are you a logistics professional looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Transport Manager to join our team at Clifton College. This is a brand-new position, created to support the growing demands of our transport provision and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service.

As Transport Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of all transport operations, working closely with key stakeholders across the Clifton College Education Group. You will be responsible for managing our internal minibus fleet, ensuring maintenance is conducted effectively through both internal and external mechanics. You will also lead a team of drivers, ensuring they are properly trained, qualified, and delivering a high standard of service.

This full-time, on-site role will require collaboration with colleagues across the organisation to understand transport needs and develop efficient logistics solutions. Given our boarding school environment, some flexibility will be required to accommodate our 7-day operations.
