A forward-thinking legal practice is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join their national practice in the Bristol office. Position Overview

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the growth of the practice by assisting with a wide range of contentious commercial property matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality cases, supervise junior colleagues, and develop strong ties across the practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant issues, and general property disputes
• Manage a caseload as a principal fee earner while supervising junior team members
• Collaborate closely with the transactional Real Estate team to provide comprehensive client service
• Contribute to the growth and success of the retail practice

Requirements

• Proven experience in property litigation
• In-depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals, both unopposed and opposed, ideally in the context of managing large property portfolios
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues
• Strong financial track record
• Genuine enthusiasm for property law and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
