Working in our 3rd floor here at Ashton Gate you are going to be important to driving our guests hospitality experience through fantastic service, knowledge in what great looks like and ensuring that every customer feels special during our match day activities.
Key Objectives
- Support the hospitality manager within various events throughout the 3rd floor. Focusing on quality of service and guests/client/Fan relationships.
- EHO- Follow all EHO processes and procedures at all times.
- Quality. Follows the standard operations procedures within all tasks to ensure consistency high quality is delivered whilst on duty.
- Follow any other reasonable management request
Key responsibilities (KPIs)
- Serving food and drink to the hospitality guests
- Clearing tables and carrying food to hospitality guests
- Answering guest questions around the teams and stadium
- Showing Guests to the various facilities within the Hospitality areas.

- Ability to work a flexible working schedule over days, evenings and weekends

- Responsible for ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times, with relevant paperwork to support
- To ensure all employees complete their trained required to do their job

- To complete and review the risk assessments for the department
Hours: 40 hours. 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends due to the nature of events
Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
Contract: Fixed term until 31 May 2025
