Are you a Housing Manager Solicitor 1-4 years PQE looking to work in one of the largest housing management practices in the UK? If so, this firm in Bristol would like to hear from you.

This Housing Management team has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years and is now one of the largest housing management practices in the country. This is set to continue, with a number of major tender wins adding to an already impressive list of clients based across the country and nationally.

As such, they are looking to bring in an additional Solicitor who will advise social landlords (and other landlords) on a wide range of housing management issues, including:

• Possession claims
• Injunction claims
• Anti-social behaviour litigation and advice
• Cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Breach of tenancy claims
• Social Housing Fraud
• Access injunctions for gas and electricity safety
• Failed succession cases
• Service charge disputes
