You will be the HR Service Delivery Associate in the Right to Work and Immigration team overseeing audits, controls, and own processes to support BT Group to be compliant with the Home Office.

The purpose of this role is to provide an invaluable service to our colleagues to ensuring BT Group is compliant with Home Office regulations. 

You will be responsible for managing your case work, completing audit controls as well as deliver insight from data analysis, making suggestions, and sharing your findings. You will also play a key part in continuous improvement in this workstream.

This role requires adherence to Home Office controls in line with the quality checks carried out with the teams on/offshore.

What you'll be doing

  • Practise and complete audit controls to ensure BT Group is compliant with the Home Office requirements.
  • Support and facilitate our 3rd party Vendor with BT Group Sponsorship requests or renewals to completion.
  • Supporting complicated cases that may require escalation to ER and manage cases to completion.
  • Analysing data, reports, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Review current processes to identify and highlight continuous improvement opportunities including testing. 
  • Mentoring and coaching on/offshore colleagues to deliver a great service.
  • Be able to adapt quickly in ever changing regulation world and apply your skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure continuous education on Immigration & RTW HR Processes and policies to have an in-depth but broad knowledge as well as striving for efficiency and continuously identify improvement opportunities to enhance the colleague experience. 
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders.
