Graduate Building Surveyor

A bespoke Surveying and Architectural Consultancy are looking for a vibrant Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The Graduate Building Surveyors' role

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be working side by side with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to support a busy project portfolio across Bristol.

In this role, the Graduate Building Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to oversee bespoke private residential projects, ranging from 20k to 2m, involved in every aspect of the process including client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration through to feasibility and handover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor who's looking to develop their project experience within a creative environment.

The Graduate Building Surveyor

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will ideally be an enthusiastic and open-minded individual.

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, Architecture or similar
• Eager to get stuck into a variety of projects
• An interest in Architecture / design is beneficial but not essential
