About the Role:

As a Hotel Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and overall experience of our guests during the night. This is a hands-on role where you will handle multiple responsibilities, from security to guest services, all while maintaining the highest standards of customer care. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security and supervision of the hotel throughout the night.
• Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest needs.
• Carry out cleaning and set-up tasks as requested by the Hotel Manager.
• Handle payments and post income/guest charges in accordance with company policies.
• Perform regular night security patrols at agreed times.
• Assist with night audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality or a similar environment.
• A proactive, guest-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks during the shift.
• Comfortable working night shifts, with flexibility around the shift pattern.
• Ability to handle basic cash and payment procedures.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
