The Sales Account Manager will report to the National Sales Manager and have overall responsibility for Account Management (80%) and New Business (20%) across Bristol and the South West. Based remotely/in the field, you will be self-motivated, able to work flexibly and have strong capability of developing deep and longstanding relationships with customers and developing new business.

The Sales Account Manager will:
- Conduct visits/interactions ranging between 80% existing customers and 20% new customers.
- Be capable of closely managing and developing sales to a range of existing and new customers.
- Strong customer relations skills. Capable of developing deep and longstanding relationships with customers we expect to retain for decades.
- Be responsible for the overall profitability of their territory.
- Possess strong general commercial awareness
- Develop strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure its strong presence in the industry.
- Analyse market trends and competitors.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.

- Proven sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
