Calling Marketers within the automotive industry that are looking for that next challenge and are keen to do something exciting and impactful.


If you have marketing experience working with auto dealerships, working across multi-channels with a strong emphasis on digital and social and know how to measure marketing effectiveness – then this Regional Marketing Manager role is for you!


Here you will work on a well-known automotive brand – being part of a FIELD-BASED team for a global marcom agency visiting dealerships in the Southern area of the UK (easy access to M4 / M5 corridor is essential.)


You will work closely with the retail network, manufacturer and marcom agency team, acting as a collaborative marketer, who, with your automotive background and understanding of business challenges and opportunities, you will advise dealers on marketing solutions across Retail/Fleet/After Sales/Used Car/Motability/Accessories, encouraging them to embrace new marketing channels and innovations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consultancy: Advise retail dealers on lead generation, management, and customer loyalty, including maximising use of their database with a clear focus on sales conversion.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the network in achieving brand standards through effective experiential, digital, and social activities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with dealers, agency, and manufacturer colleagues through site visits and online interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales and After Sales teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated on automotive industry trends and the evolving role of dealer networks.
  • Problem Solving: Use tools and insights to address current challenges and provide marketing solutions.


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Significant experience in a similar field-based marketing role working within the automotive industry
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in digital and social platforms, data analysis, and reporting (Excel).
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the automotive industry.


Our client is offering a competitive salary of £45 – 50k + car + benefits.
