All our roles are hub based (Bristol, Glasgow or London), providing a dedicated space for collaboration, connection and teamwork. For this specific role, due to the nature of where the teams are based, we're ideally looking for someone who is easily commutable to either of our Bristol or London hubs. You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home.

We want to engage our customers, to help them understand the changes they can make when it comes to energy efficiency & reducing heat waste.

This role in a nutshell:

We’re on the look out for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

Sitting within our Zero Carbon Living area of the business, this role will manage and drive all things Product Marketing for our Energy Experts and Smart Thermostats propositions. You’ll work closely with the Commercial & Product teams to shape the go-to-market approach. And work closely with our Growth channels and in house Creative Studio to drive awareness and demand for our products. As we scale and develop our propositions across new target audiences you’ll be responsible for crafting our go-to-market launch plan. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for energy efficiency and wants to develop their Product Marketing career.

Your key outcomes will be:

• Partnering closely with Product & Commercial to help shape the go to market strategies for existing features and new releases
• Working with our Growth partners in the business (Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, In-life Comms) to drive campaigns and ensure that there is proposition consistency
• Championing the voice of the customer in everything the team does. You’ll be the customer expert and you’ll bring these customers to life in everything you do
• Work with our Brand Strategy team on proposition positioning
• Owning the marketing strategy and marketing roadmap 
• Own quarterly Creative Studio planning based on roadmaps
• Develop compelling creative briefs 
• Handle the creation of marketing materials and copy for partnerships and work with third parties to develop them
• Providing insight and metrics through Google Analytics, Mixpanel and Zoho to help prioritise optimisation and improve conversion
• Own and manage content across our website for the propositions (landing pages, blogs, additional promotional spots, editorial)
• Working with Growth team to understand CAC

• Are an excellent communicator and can manage various partners
• Are customer obsessed
• Have experience running omnichannel campaigns across the whole marketing mix
• Are a motivated individual who is a self starter
• Have experience with brief writing and campaign planning
• Experience in Product Marketing
• A passion for energy efficiency and decarbonisation
• Are able to analyse performance insights and optimise campaigns
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace

We’ll pay you between £50,000 and £60,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!

We keep our pay ranges broad on purpose to give us, and you, flexibility to match your experience to our zero carbon mission.

You’ll be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%. We have one OVO bonus plan that focuses on the collective performance of our people to deliver our Plan Zero goal.
