Civils RC Site Engineer

Civil Engineering contractor with long term project work in Bristol area require a Site Engineer to work on large water related civils contract near Avonmouth, Bristol.

The Engineer will be involved at the early stages phase of the works and work on various sections of the works as the contract develops further. Any suitable candidate must have experience of water related projects such as WTW or STW's, flood alleviation, reservoirs etc. undertaking earthworks, concrete structures and pipelines etc. Kit can either be provided with an extra rate increase or supplied by contractor.

Duties are setting out, and supervising the works on site, record keeping and technical support, helping to ensure work is completed within schedule and safety parameters. The selected candidate will ideally be a graduate or a minimum ONC qualification in a Civil Engineering related discipline and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

The Engineer role will start ASAP, dependant on availability of the selected person. Work is on a very long term contract with the prospect of further work beyond that.

Permanent applicants will also be considered.

Day rate will be competitive and in line with experience.
