Disposals Manager (Asset Optimisation)

We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Disposals Manager to lead on asset optimisation.

-Using a wide range of data and property information to analyse the efficiency of stock.

-Use calculations to determine Net Present Value

-Visiting properties on occasions to assess whether potential for development/ conversion to improve performance.

-Liaison with sales teams to dispose of the asset if it is deemed to be suitable for disposal.

-Use of Excel and Power BI to analyse wide, diverse data sets and calculate efficiency of assets.

Candidates should have some background and understanding of property, particularly related to the analysis of assets and investment/ disposal of assets. Must have experience of data analysis, fully conversant with Excel and other software packages. Should have an understanding of NPV and capital expense evaluations.
