The Role: P4 Recruitment are working together with a charity who aspires to be the leader in the delivery of knowledge and expertise to older people who come into contact with the criminal justice system who are looking for a dedicated, reliable and passionate individual to join the team as an Older Prisoner Co-Ordinator.

About the role:
As an Older Prisoner Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the provision of the Activities Hub, planning activities to promote bespoke health and wellbeing You will provide high quality, innovative, holistic, responsive support, advice to ensure the needs of those who have health and social care need are met.

The ideal candidate:

• Have experience in training or a trainer position
• Great communication and organisation skills with a creative flare and a need to make a difference every day
• Experience working with older people in a similar setting
