Duties and Responsibilities:
Amazon Marketplace Management:
- Innovate and execute strategies to amplify sales and brand visibility on Amazon.
- Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and images.
- Use SEO and keyword research to improve rankings.
- Oversee inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Engage with customer reviews and questions.
- Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Launch impactful promotional campaigns using Amazon advertising tools.
- Stay ahead of Amazon policies and trends.
B2C Platform Management:
- Ignite sales through direct-to-consumer channels.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to boost traffic and conversions.
- Manage customer service, returns, and complaints with a customer-first approach.
- Partner with the marketing team to elevate brand engagement across email, social media, and paid advertising.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics for all sales channels.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Work with suppliers to optimize product offerings and availability.

Skills and Experience/Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Amazon Marketplace and D2C e-commerce platforms.
