Senior Quantity Surveyor

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to further their career with a Regional contractor, initially working on a new build school in Bristol.

The role is to work as No1 Surveyor for the project reporting to the Managing Surveyor and Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for management of all commercial aspects including: sub-contract procurement, management of sub-contractor accounts, undertaking measurement and valuations for payments, pricing and agreeing variations, applications to client for interim payments, input to financial forecasting and CVRs, settlement of subcontractor final accounts, through to the agreement of client final account.

This role is to work with the busy Bristol based office of this specialist regional contractor. Workload is typically commercial projects and up to the value of 30m

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

You will be degree qualified, have around 5-6 years of experience post-graduation, and have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role ideally with a regional main contractor.
