ERP implementation Project Manager

Bramcote Consulting is proud to be the sole agency representing a boutique management consultancy based in the South-West. We have an exciting opportunity for ERP Project Managers ready to transition from an in-house role to train as Management Consultants.

We’re looking for bright, degree-educated (or equivalent) project managers with a strong track record of leading complex, end-to-end ERP implementations. Ideal candidates will have experience from the consumer, retail, or supply chain sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Project & Programme Management: Proven experience in spearheading large/complex ERP system implementations or transformation programmes.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to apply project management methodologies in a leadership role.
• Adaptability: Ability to be parachuted into challenging situations and build strong stakeholder relationships.

This successful and growing consultancy emphasizes personal growth and offers a hybrid role, however you will need to be located within 1.5 hours of the Bristol/Bath area. They provide a collaborative atmosphere, continuous training, and support.

Compensation includes a base salary of up to £80,000, a bonus to 20%, and benefits such 30 days of holiday, six monthly reviews.
