This is an opportunity to become the custodian of their UK quality management function with an opportunity to make a significant step change in how quality management is perceived & implemented.

What you will be doing:

• Acting as the custodian of the company s Integrated Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and high standards throughout.
• Leading change management initiatives for manufacturing processes, working closely with suppliers and engineering teams.
• Facilitating APQP activities such as risk assessment, FMEA, and control plan development to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Developing and maintaining quality plans that conform to both customer specifications and internal standards.
• Providing assurance to the senior leadership team through a combination of assessments, audits, and data analysis.
• Coordinating the global external audit program in collaboration with certification bodies.
• Working with stakeholders across multiple projects to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional product quality.

What you will need:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar type of role, ideally within a technology manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO14001 management systems
• Experience with APQP, FMEA (desirable)
• Certification or experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies (desirable)
