Weighbridge Office Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Weighbridge Operator to join our clients production team based in Avonmouth. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain a variety of experience, dealing with the control of all vehicles on and off the site.

As a Weighbridge Operator/Administrator you are required to actively manage planned intake of materials and the dispatch of finished products with quality checks performed on all loads, and make sure materials are routed to the correct storage locations.

Duties will include but aren't limited to:

• Weighing all vehicles moving in and out of the site, ensuring waste transfer notes are received/issued as required.
• Updating multiple spreadsheets to accurately control data on inbound and outbound loads, support multiple storage sites.
• Controlling traffic flow within the weighbridge area.
• Updating spreadsheets with accurate information, ensuring tonnages are recorded correctly.
• Ensuring all site visitors sign in the visitor's book and have appropriate PPE.
• Admin duties as required, answering emails, dealing with queries, etc.
• Reporting any weighbridge defects to the site manager.
• Assisting in production of outbound paperwork.

This is a full-time job with immediate start to operate a busy weighbridge at our clients site based in Avonmouth Docks. This is an administrative job and the candidate must be well organised, computer literate and reliable.
