The market leading international firm advises blue chip clients on a wide range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate fundraisings and corporate reorganisations. The Bristol team have significant experience in high-value transactions, often cross-border.

With rankings in both Chambers and Legal 500, the firm seeks a highly capable Corporate Partner, to bolster the Bristol-based team and encourage the steady growth of the division.

This opportunity is well-suited to a high-performing lawyer, seeking to progress their career with a highly regarded firm, servicing high profile corporate requirements of a wide variety of clients around the globe.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working alongside senior colleagues, leading on complex transactions and building longstanding relationships locally, nationally and internationally.

You will be joining an excellent team with expertise across multiple disciplines, including strong technical ability across a variety of sectors including tech, media, telecoms, pharma, life sciences and financial institutions.
