Job Title: Floating Support Worker - Level 2 Homeless Housing Service

Location: Bristol (Travel between 5 sites)
Pay Rate: 12.56 per hour

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals? Brook Street Social Care is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Floating Support Worker to join our Level 2 Homeless Housing Service in Bristol.

As a Floating Support Worker, you will provide crucial support to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your role will involve travelling to various sites across Bristol to deliver tailored support to clients in their homes, ensuring they access the resources they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emotional and practical assistance to individuals confronting challenges related to housing, mental health, domestic violence, or substance abuse.
• Develop and implement personalised support plans in collaboration with clients.
• Advocate for client's needs and connect them with relevant services and resources.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in housing, mental health, domestic violence, or substance abuse support
• Right to Work in the UK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Weekday Hours: 19:00 - 01:00
• Weekend Hours: 10:00 - 15:00
