Security & Parking Officer

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week (Days, Nights, Weekends)

Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum (FTE), pro rata for part time staff

A Full, Clean, UK Manual Driving license is essential for this post. Please do not apply if you do not have a UK license to drive a manual vehicle.

The successful candidate for this role will be required to hold a live SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence.

Main duties of the job

• Every day is different - you will be pro-active team player. Ensuring our staff, patients and visitors enjoy a safe environment and a positive experience on our sites. 
• You will conduct patrols, respond to incidents, write reports, and enforce site traffic policy, amongst other requirements.
• There is a need to operate site vehicles and therefore applicants must have a full UK driving license to be considered for this role. 
• Applicants must be IT literate and able to use a computer for daily tasks. This is a physically active and mentally demanding role, so you should consider this before applying.
• The position is full time working 37.5 hours per week. The shift pattern is on a rota basis to include days, nights, and weekends.

• GCSE English or higher (written and verbal).
• Level 2 Customer Service or equivalent.
