Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + van + fuel Card

Contracts Supervisor - The Role:

Our client is a successful Property Services main contractor with an established reputation across South West England. Typical projects are Social Housing and public sector reactive and planned maintenance/ refurbishment contracts. You will be responsible for leading the day to day aspects of reactive maintenance and voids projects to social housing and local authority stock across Bristol, pricing/surveying works managing both sub-contractors and direct operatives. You must have experience in Social housing maintenance projects which can range from replacing a single tap to extensive fire/water damage repairs. You will be office base with daily site visits and surveys.

Contracts Supervisor - The Person

• You will have solid experience working with a maintenance contractor
• Demonstrable experience of delivering reactive maintenance and repairs on social housing projects.
• Proven experience with meeting customer expectations and ability to demonstrate customer centric approach
• Commutable to Bristol + 1 hour
