Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Filton, Bristol
Salary: Up to 65,000 per annum

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, focusing on Rolls Royce projects. This role involves minimizing project costs while maintaining quality standards, managing procurement, and overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects.
Main Duties:
- Measure, record, and value work in line with rules and procedures.
- Build estimates from specifications and drawings.
- Manage NEC3/4 contracts, including issuing notices and managing claims.
- Handle subcontract activities and financial reconciliations.
- Procure and document project requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (preferred).
- Proven experience in construction/building services.
- Consultancy / client-side background
- Proficiency with NEC3 contracts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
