About The Role

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a background in facilities management? As an Estates Operations Coordinator, you’ll be a key member of our Estates team, responsible for delivering essential services and supporting core business operations across our various sites. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you'll coordinate day-to-day activities, manage building operations, and lead Estates projects to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient working environment.

In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing our Filton site and other locations, overseeing everything from space management and building maintenance to contractor coordination and compliance with health and safety standards. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the functionality of our facilities, and you’ll play an active role in project management, ensuring that all Estates projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

As a critical part of our team, you’ll also focus on sustainability initiatives, emergency planning, and continuous improvement processes across our estate. If you’re ready to bring your expertise in facilities and project management to a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

So, what are we looking for?

  • Significant experience in hard and/or soft services, with a strong understanding of building regulations and statutory compliance.
  • Project management skills, with a Prince2 qualification or equivalent experience, and a proven ability to deliver projects to time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience providing inductions and guidance to team members and contractors.
  • A flexible and responsive approach to changing priorities, with strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
  • Experience in customer service and a professional, courteous approach to interacting with building users and stakeholders.
  • This role will involve working onsite at our Emersons Green site with regular cover of our Filton site.
