We are working closely with a tech for good in the Bristol that is on the look out for a experienced IT Support engineer.

Necessary skills:

? At least 3 years experience in an IT support role or similar position ? Solid understanding of Windows/Linux/Mac OS

? Strong understanding of office networking

? Strong problem solving skills

? Good appreciation for system and network security

? Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload

? Able to effectively communicate to staff with different levels of technical ability
