Senior Bid Coordinator

I am looking to connect with senior BID coordinators looking for their next opportunity. My client is a growing built environment consultancy focused on sustainability in the built environment sector and they're looking for someone to join their Bristol office.

As a senior bid coordinator, you will be responsible for all stages of the bid cycle, working with other team members to ensure consistent high quality of bids. You will work to continuously enhance the standard and effectiveness of written responses in conjunction with the bids and marketing teams. Your aim in this role is to showcase the offerings of this client in the best light, and be compelling in doing so. Time management is essential as you will manage the bid timetable and ensure teams are meeting deadlines, while also ensuring compliance and commerciality of the bids.

To be successful in your application you should have experience in working in bid portals, and be proficient working in Microsoft Office and InDesign.
