Are you a Site Manager, seeking your next contract in Westbury On Trym?

My client has an immediately opportunity for a qualified Site Manager to lead a listed building refurbishment project in the town centre.

With an estimated duration of 10 weeks, the successful applicant will predominantly manage specialist contractors, carrying out internal and external works, such as asbestos removal, window replacement and decoration.

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• 2+ years' experience as a site manager
• Experience managing sub-contractors
• Track record of delivering projects to strict timescales
