About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Door Carpenter to join our clients team, working on various NHS sites across Bristol. Starting on the 2nd of September, this ongoing role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire doors to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and fitting of fire doors to the highest safety standards.
• Conducting inspections and repairs of existing fire doors.
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant fire safety regulations and NHS standards.
• Collaborating with site managers and other tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintaining a high level of workmanship and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fire Door Carpenter
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in healthcare environments (desirable).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
