Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of construction projects from initiation to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule
• Collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays that may arise
• Managing project budgets and resources effectively
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
