About the role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our organisation. Your main responsibilities will include stakeholder management and reporting, as well as raising claims with the UK government. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking costs and planning. It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of project management principles and practises, as you will contribute to the overall success of our client's projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate project updates.
• Prepare and deliver reports on project progress and performance.
• Raise claims with the UK government and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project success.
• Help to develop and implement project management processes and tools.

You will have the following experience:

• Relevant Project Coordination experience in a highly regulated environment (Aviation, Defence, Space preferred).
• Awareness of industry standards.
