Warehouse Team Leader - Bristol- Early Mornings

YOUR CONTRACT:

Were looking for people who will help us ensure that packages go on the right journey.

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 3am - 11am (37.5 per week)

YOUR PURPOSE:

Work for us at our Bristol site and help us move our world forward by delivering what matters. The job can be busy and hard work. But with your ability to pay close attention to detail and easily picking up instructions, and with the support of your teammates, youll excel at doing your work quickly and accurately.

Your responsibilities:

Manage performance of shift and reassign duties as appropriate

Organise and motivate team

Support other team leaders and work with management team

Complete dailyreports

Work toprocesssafety, staffing and training

Ensure service is maintained within specified deadlines

Facilitatesthesmoothexecutionofproceduresandmanagementofsystems

Your skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone and part of a team

Possess the ability to motivate others to ensure targets are met

Be able to manage difficult situations and work effectively under pressure

Possess excellent organization and time management skills
