Damp and Mould Surveyor

I am reaching out to you as I have had an exciting role arise in Bristol for a Damp and Mould Surveyor. This client I am working with are working on a social housing contract for a well-respected housing association, and are looking for someone on a 12 month basis to cover the Bristol patch with occasional travel elsewhere

Location: Bristol
Contract: 12 months temporary

• Paid by the survey at a very good rate

Responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:

• Complete three different tiers of surveys including tier 1 surveys which are not very reoccurring for 42 a survey, tier 2 surveys which appear the most for 240 a survey and tier 3 surveys for 360 a survey which are very rare.
• They expect anywhere from 8-15 surveys a week
• Cover Bristol patch with some occasional trips elsewhere in the South West.

Desirable qualifications to have to be successful in the Damp and Mould Surveyor role:

• CSTDB
• CSSW
• Timber and Damp
