Concord Kids and Youth: Youth Pastor

We’re looking for a gifted youth pastor to join our growing church plant team. With a particular focus on 11-18s, this exciting role will work with the Children and Families Pastor to disciple young people and to engage in mission to 11-18s in the community. The role is 2.5 days per week including Sunday mornings. We would be happy to hold a conversation around a full time role combined with our Children and Families Pastor vacancy.

Role context 

Concord Church was planted in September 2022 into an exciting new neighbourhood in North Bristol, as part of the HTB network. We are looking for someone to shape and develop our offering in the church and local community, building links with families and schools to play our part in the evangelisation of the nation. We’re seeking the Kingdom of God in Brabazon, North Bristol and beyond.

As a member of our team, you would play a vital role in making our vision a reality and contributing to the wider work of the church.

Hours/Days: 2.5 Days (17.5 hours) 0.5 FTE

Salary: £24,150 pro rata
