We are seeking a skilled Revit MEP Technician to join our building services team on a contract basis. The role involves supporting the delivery of detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs for a range of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage Revit models for MEP systems in line with project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and design teams to produce coordinated MEP designs
- Ensure Revit models are accurate, up to date, and aligned with project timelines
- Manage Revit families, templates, and libraries
- Adhere to project standards, BIM protocols, and industry best practices

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician in building services
- Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and BIM processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Experience in various project types, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
