Site Manager / Senior Site Manager

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to appoint a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager with immediate effect for a flagship scheme in Bristol.

Whilst in this role, you will be part of a large site based Operational team, assisting with the delivery of the below project. More specifically, you will manage the Externals across the Student Accommodation element of the project, whilst reporting into a Project Manager.

• 100M+ Project
• 460 Build to Rent Apartments
• 30M Student Accommodation Block

My client are a multi disciplinary Main Contractor, with a solid reputation spanning many sectors and an 800m+ turnover.

The ideal candidate for the role, will have excellent New Build, Main Contractor, and High Rise experience, with a proven history of delivering these developments.
