A Building Top 150 Consultant and a Surveying and Construction Consultancy in Bristol is now looking to take on a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a world-renowned company with a well-established team in Bristol. You'll lead projects across sectors including residential, commercial, arts & leisure, and education.

With surveying expertise spanning from director to junior level, you will be joining an established and amiable team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in UK Construction Consultancies
• MRICS is highly desirable or working towards chartership
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• Confident in client meetings
• Capable of managing multiple projects from inception to completion
• Leadership and team management skills
• Full, clean driving license (desirable)
