TS Recruitment are working with a nationwide facilities management company, who are looking to add a commercial gas engineer to their ranks to cover the Bristol and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for managing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, even under pressure.
• Full Gas Qualifications for commercial boilers gas heaters and heating systems
• General Mechanical/plumbing experience - both installation and maintenance
